Delete Your Account
If you want to delete your LightUp account and all associated data, you have two options:
Option 1: From the App
Open LightUp → Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm by typing a verification word.
Option 2: From the Web
Log in at lightuptours.com/lightup/login → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
Option 3: Contact Us
Send an email to info@lightuptours.com with the subject "Delete my LightUp account" and we will process your request within 48 hours.
What gets deleted: Your account, profile information, saved tours, created routes, uploaded media, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
